The Compressed Gas Association’s Young and Emerging Professionals (YEP) Program is dedicated to shaping the future of our industry by supporting the growth and retention of young professionals working for CGA member companies.
Through networking, skill-building, and direct engagement with CGA’s technical committees, YEP participants gain valuable industry experience, expand their professional network, and advance their careers while contributing to CGA’s mission of safety and standards development.

Who Can Join?
The YEP Program is open to young and emerging professionals employed by CGA member companies who are looking to:

No prior CGA experience is required—just an interest in learning and contributing! All YEPs must be under 45 years of age or new to the industry to participate.
